We are a young vibrant forward moving team at Real-Crete®, we have some great Business ideas and are extremely motivated in our Research & Development of new ideas for the expansion of Real-Crete® Australia wide. Our aim is to set up Real-Crete® pilot plants in every state in Australia.

David Trigg
Managing Director
David initially worked in the Agriculture sector of Central Rural Victoria. He gained his apprenticeship in Agriculture in a successful Dairy and Pastoral Enterprise.
David then entered the field of Vegetation Management, working in various Management positions for Energy companies throughout Australia.
This experience then led David into the Landscaping and Building Industries.
David’s mainposition as company owner of Real-Crete® is as General Manager, with a keen interest also in the Research and Development of new products and manufacturing systems. |

Kara Trigg
Business Manager
Kara had been working in Business Finance and Administration for many years.
Kara has been heavily involved with the strategic planning for the growth of Real-Crete® and her creative ideas have built the image and branding of the Real-Crete® of today.
Kara is also a very proud working Mum to 3 young children. |

The team at Ballarat are committed to providing you with great customer service and superior quality concrete products. Real-Crete (Ballarat) can now also supply you with all your landscaping requirements with the addition of sand and soil supplies to its business.

Julian Elliott
Operations and Landscape Manager
Julian is a recent addition to the Real-Crete® (Ballarat) team. Julian has a broad working experience which has including Vegetation Management, Arbor and Tree Management, and Horticulture.
Julian is the Manager of Manufacturing Operations, and also Sand, Soil and Landscaping.
Andrea Kerr
Administration
Andrea is our friendly administration person. Andrea has an extensive background in Administration, and also is a busy working Mum with school age children.
Our Manufacturing Team includes; Ashley Schurmann, Matt Schurmann and Wayne Cassar

Gavin White
Company Director
Gavin a registered builder has been in the building industry in South East Qld for the past 20 years. Gavin saw the need to introduce quality Retaining walls into the region hence the reason behind becoming part of Real-Crete®.
Narelle Mildren-White
Business Manager
Narelle has been involved in building & renovating for 15 years with husband Gavin. Narelle’s main passion to-date has been in the area of interior design, having very successfully designed many of Gavin’s building projects. Narelle also controls the administration side of the business, along with being a busy Mum of two. |
